REQUIRED BOOKING AGE
Minimum booking age is 18.
REQUIRED PAYMENTS
Total balance due, on arrival date.
A valid credit card must be provided and authorized (not charged) at the time of booking to allow us to guarantee your reservation for you.
We will charging the card provided upon arrival, or after 5pm if you are going to be a late arrival.

CHECK - IN: AFTER 3:00 pm (although rooms are often available earlier if we are aware of your early arrival. Not Guaranteed.
CHECK - OUT: anytime BEFORE 11:00 am
REQUIRED PERSONAL INFORMATION
Check-in or check-out might be contactless:

Before or at arrival, state ID or passport required to complete check-in.
WHILE ON PROPERTY POLICIES
We reserve the right to make equal or better room substitutions.
We do not allow any group or family bookings or events to take place on the property.
Only registered guests are allowed in the accommodation and onto the property.
After arrival, no refunds will be issued without management approval.
Key Required to Enter & Exit Property through Front Gate.
POOL CLOSED & QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 10am.
No smoking inside the room, ashtrays are provided in the courtyard.
No pets, to accommodate guests will allergies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free Cancellation.
As a courtesy, please contact us, so we can attempt to re-book the room.
After arrival, no refund for shortened stays.
CHANGES MADE TO THE RESERVATION
Specific rooms may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
An equal or better room may be substituted.
